Strategic HR Business Partner

At Migros Online, we're redefining the art of connecting people with their needs. As a highly strategic HR Business Partner, you'll be instrumental in aligning our HR initiatives with business goals and fostering an extraordinary workplace culture.
Our Vision
You will advise and support our team leaders on personnel management, ensuring that every employee's journey is seamless and impactful throughout their entire tenure with us.
We fill technical and leadership positions in close collaboration with line management, guaranteeing a smooth onboarding experience that sets the tone for long-term success.
As a champion of our company culture and a trusted ambassador, you'll engage regularly with stakeholders, driving open communication and mutual understanding.
You'll lead discussions, navigate conflicts, accompany change processes, moderate workshops and training sessions, and actively participate in or manage projects to drive business outcomes.
In close collaboration with the entire HR Team, you'll ensure that processes run efficiently, and our customers remain at the forefront of everything we do.
Your Profile
Bachelor's Degree (University / University of Applied Science)
Pursuing a degree in personnel management, psychology, or business administration will provide a solid foundation for this role.
3-5 Years of Experience
As an HR Business Partner, you'll leverage your expertise to drive business results and create a positive impact on our organization.
Language Skills
Proficiency in English and German is essential, with French being a significant plus.
