At Nouryon, we are looking for a strategic product leader to drive the global product & project management for our Chelates portfolio.

As a result-driven and problem-solving individual with strong business acumen, you will define the asset and product strategy for the Chelates product portfolio, maximize EBITDA for chelates, and be a strategic member of the global product management team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining the asset and product strategy for the Chelates product portfolio.
  • Maximizing EBITDA for chelates (P&L owner).
  • Evaluating and ensuring balance of key raw materials globally and regionally.
  • Partnering with supply chain and the business to ensure reliable supply, asset capacity, appropriate inventory, and support optimization options.

Requirements:

  • Higher education degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or business-related studies.
  • Strong experience in product and project management in a strategic role.
  • Interpersonal skills and strong influencing skillset.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in a multi-cultural and global organization.
