Global Product Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the asset and product strategy for the Chelates product portfolio.
  • Maximize EBITDA for chelates (P&L owner).
  • Be a strategic member of the global product management team.
  • Evaluate and ensure balance of key Raw material globally and regionally.
  • Partner with supply chain and the business to ensure reliable supply, asset capacity, appropriate inventory and support optimization options.

Requirements:

  • Higher education degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or business-related studies.
  • Strong experience in product and project management in a strategic role.
  • Interpersonal skills and strong influencing skillset.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in a multi-cultural and global organization.
