About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Product & Project Manager to lead the Chelates product portfolio to new heights. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for defining the asset and product strategy for this portfolio, maximizing EBITDA, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for Chelates, aligning with our company's vision and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable supply, asset capacity, and inventory optimization.
  • Evaluate and balance key raw materials globally and regionally to ensure business success.
  • Partner with supply chain and business stakeholders to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements
  • Higher education degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or business-related studies.
  • Strong experience in product and project management in a strategic role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and influencing abilities.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in a multi-cultural and global organization.

We provide a dynamic work environment, competitive salary, and benefits package, including a short-term incentive. This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to Elke Patteet, Global Product Director, and based in Rotkreuz, Switzerland. Frequent travel is required.
