Job Summary:
The Senior Director, Hematology Business Development will be responsible for driving commercial success in the hematology therapeutic area through the development and execution of comprehensive strategies that align with corporate objectives and address unmet patient needs.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, marketing, medical affairs, and market access teams to develop and execute strategic plans for pipeline assets.
- Commercial Execution: Lead cross-functional teams to develop integrated project plans for R&D projects and commercial activities, ensuring successful execution.
- Business Development: Set the BD strategy for the TA, conducting initial evaluations of new product opportunities (NPOs) and making recommendations for progression to due diligence.
