About the Role:

The Senior Director, Hematology Business Development will lead the development and execution of commercial strategies for pipeline assets in hematology. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across marketing, medical affairs, market access, and insights & analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and continually evolve a fully integrated Hematology TA Strategy, ensuring a robust and innovative pipeline of both new products and lifecycle management (LCM) opportunities.
  • Portfolio Development: Establish and communicate end-to-end portfolio strategy and prioritization, ensuring a balanced mix of high- and low-risk initiatives across short- and long-term horizons.
  • Commercial Strategy & Market Shaping: Lead the development and execution of commercial strategies for pipeline assets, ensuring seamless integration across marketing, medical affairs, market access, and insights & analytics.
