Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure successful sales processes, focusing on key performance metrics and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and engage with construction contractors who can benefit from our software solution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • [Required] Strong sales skills, comfortable with cold calling, and effective communication.
  • [Required] Proficient in German language.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the construction sector, with a history of surpassing sales targets.
