Shared Services Support Specialist

As a Support Technician in our Manufacturing Department, you will be part of a team of experts responsible for the production and purification of recombinant proteins produced from animal cells.
Your role will involve supporting the Manufacturing Shared Services in our development and clinical suites, ensuring the smooth operation of our processes and maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in processes under our responsibility, including raw materials, water, gas, and environmental monitoring, autoclave, and part washer
- Sampling in operational activities, such as water sampling, aliquoting, utility sampling, HVAC, gases, and corrections of working papers
- Performing support activities, including autoclave and part washer
- Documentation related to your function, such as writing working instructions
- Supporting compliance activities, including batch review, deviations, and investigations
- Maintaining the functionality of laboratories and cleanrooms
- Interacting with stakeholders, including Quality Assurance, Project Managers, and Operational teams
Requirements:
- Engineer in science (chemistry, biology) or at least 1 year of experience in a GMP environment
- Good knowledge of visual management
- Knowledge of BPF
- Collaborative mindset with excellent customer service skills
- Autonomous and reliable, highly motivated
- Oriented to meet customer needs
- Collaborative and positive communication within the team and with partners/customers
- Proactive implementation of new technologies, best practices, and continuous improvement for the team
- Language: French, English is a plus
