Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies for the candy portfolio, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research in collaboration with the Center of Excellence, analyzing and identifying opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
- Responsible for portfolio health (Core + NPD) ensuring offers are aligned to consumer needs and profitability expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Sales) to ensure product alignment with brand strategy.
- Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, in-store, etc.) to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement.
- Work closely with media agencies to produce impactful marketing activation programs and materials.
- Manage the budget for the candy portfolio, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Analyze sales data, market share, and consumer feedback to measure brand performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Lead innovation initiatives to develop new products or improve existing products based on consumer insights and market trends.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (sales, finance, trade marketing) and external partners (media, creative, and research agencies).
- Present brand strategies and performance updates to senior management and key stakeholders at local and regional levels.
- Ensure that all branding and marketing activities comply with legal regulations and industry standards.
Key Competencies:
- Ability to develop and execute long-term brand strategies that align with business goals.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to create compelling marketing materials and persuasive presentations.
- Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and the ability to anticipate and respond to consumer needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 6-8 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of successful brand strategy development and execution.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis.
- Proficiency in media planning (traditional media, digital marketing, including social).
- Fluent in English, German as mother tongue.
