We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to support our client in the watch manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DELMIA Apriso and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and analyze requirements for manufacturing processes
- Document business requirements effectively to the technical team
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment of objectives
- Design solutions that meet the specific needs of manufacturing processes
- Support technical teams in understanding business requirements during MES configuration and implementation
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows
- Train stakeholders to use newly implemented features
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the manufacturing sector, ideally in the watch making industry
- Proven experience with MES
- Experience with DELMIA Apriso is a significant advantage
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and systems integrations
- Familiarity with data analysis, business process modeling, and process mapping
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience with requirements documentation and end-user training
- Proficiency in English and French is a requirement
