Business Systems Analyst with Manufacturing Expertise

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to join our team in Geneva. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DELMIA Apriso and excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

  • Define and analyze requirements for manufacturing processes to be implemented in the MES
  • Document business requirements effectively to the technical team
  • Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment of objectives
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet the specific needs of the manufacturing processes
  • Support the technical teams in understanding business requirements during the configuration and implementation of the MES
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of system documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and processes workflows
  • Train stakeholders to use the newly implemented features

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the role of a Business Analyst, specifically within the manufacturing sector, ideally within the watchmaking industry
  • Proven experience with MES
  • Experience with DELMIA Apriso is a significant advantage
  • In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and systems integrations
  • Familiarity with data analysis, business process modeling, and process mapping
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
  • Great analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with teams
  • Proven experience with requirements documentation and end-user training
  • Proficiency in both English and French is a requirement
