About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Change & Training Specialist to join our team at AIESEC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of Change & Training activities for our MEU Transformation Project.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the definition and implementation of overall Business Change and Training strategy and plans
- Collaborate with the BPE Change Leader & team, cross-functional Project team, and Area teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide input on Business Change & Training methodology and facilitate cross-functional and cross-Country / Area communication & alignment
- Support the selection of providers for training materials delivery and monitor budget, invoices, quality, and timelines
- Monitor and track the quality and timely completion of deliverables and support the work with Central Training Specialists stream
- Support Central cross-functional Training Needs Analysis and monitor progress on Central materials development
- Support Central People Change Area on defined activities and co-deliver trainings
Requirements
- Work experience in Economics, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Communication & Journalism, Business Administration, Teaching & Language Education, or Cultural Education
