Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, Microtechnology, or Manufacturing Engineering and extensive experience in managing engineering and manufacturing projects. You should be proficient in reviewing technical drawings and specifications, as well as comfortable speaking with customers about their technical requirements.

In this role, you will work closely with our global manufacturing team to ensure efficient production processes and collaborate with the quality department to develop effective inspection methods and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion.
  • Review technical drawings and specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, Microtechnology, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Deep knowledge in manufacturing processes, materials, product and process design.
  • Engineering experience in medical devices is essential.
  • Experience with CAD systems, preferably Solidworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English (German language skills are a plus).

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
