Senior Project Manager and Engineering Leader

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager and Engineering Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing engineering and manufacturing projects, cultivating long-term relationships with customers and suppliers, and ensuring the highest quality standards.


Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple engineering and manufacturing projects simultaneously.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the global manufacturing team to optimize production processes.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, Microtechnology, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, product, and process design.
  • Engineering experience in medical devices is essential, with additional experience in aerospace and industrial manufacturing being an advantage.
  • The ability to read, interpret, and create technical drawings and specifications (including GD&T).
  • Experience with CAD systems, preferably Solidworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in German and English.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
