Overview

Nestlé Product & Technology Center (NPTC) Nutrition is a leading research and development center for science-proven nutrition solutions. As an Administrative Assistant for the NPTC Nutrition Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team's day-to-day operations.

Estimated Salary Range: CHF 80,000 - 120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

This dynamic position involves providing administrative support to the NPTC Nutrition Leadership Team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Calendar management for at least two members of the leadership team
  • Ensuring proper documentation, including taking minutes of meetings, tracking actions, and document management
  • Facilitating cross-functional collaboration with assistants in Vevey, Konolfingen, and other NPTC units
  • Leading the organization of major events and meetings for the leadership team
  • Maintaining SharePoint and intranet updated and preparing content
  • Proofreading and enhancing presentations and documents
  • Onboarding new employees and facilitating communication for newcomers
  • Providing ad-hoc support for audits and tasks

**A Day in the Life**

You will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations for the leadership team, from calendar management to maintaining updated documentation. Your proactive approach will help us achieve our goals and provide a high level of service to our teams.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A higher commercial school education
  • Established experience as an Administrative Assistant within a matrix and international organization
  • Proficiency in using digital tools
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach
  • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent German and English language skills; French is a plus
