**Position Summary**

As a Platform Lead you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic project portfolio for the S26 Brand, as well as supporting projects in S&T, Clinical Research, Sustainability, and Packaging, aligning them with the GBS ambitions. Your role will involve ensuring end-to-end project delivery by engaging the necessary resources within a matrix organization. You will be accountable for delivering projects on time, with high quality, and within budget. Roughly, your focus will be 40% on strategy and 60% on execution, driving the success of these projects and contributing to the overall growth and success of the S26 Brand.

**A Day in the Life of a Platform Lead S26**
- Contribute to the definition of the S26 strategic project portfolio and implementation to deliver sustainable growth and profitability in line with GBS targets.
- Identify specific S26 S&T, clinical research, sustainability, and packaging projects to support brand needs.
- E2E responsibility to deliver brand-specific R&D innovations/renovation projects portfolio on time, on budget, and smoothly into operations with flawless execution.
- Enable results through others with or without authority in a matrix-like organization and agile mindset. Coach and develop project team members to deliver the highest value, fostering team cohesion and collaboration within and across R&D Units, Technical and Business Units, and with external partners.
- Identify and engage with stakeholders, creating synergies through effective networking with all relevant R&D Units, business partners, and external partners.
- Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are continuously informed of project status, risks, issues, and action plans. Ensure effective, on-time decision-making by providing deciders with the relevant information and recommendations.

**What will make you successful**
- Minimum 15 years of international experience in R&D, with at least 3-5 years of project management experience in an end-to-end capacity.
- Proven track record in translating scientific concepts into relevant commercial success.
- Successful leadership experience, having led larger groups of people and developed individuals as a project manager or team leader/group manager.
- Experience working in a matrix-like structure within a functionally structured environment.
- Ability to effectively manage resources and budget requirements.
- Proven communication skills at all levels within the organization.
- Fluent in English, any other language is an asset.
