Job Title: Client Advisor

Gi Group SA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Advisor to join our team in St. Moritz. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for representing our company with clients in our boutique/stores, providing exceptional customer service, and maximizing sales performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain thorough product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Maximize sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight into client needs and lifestyle.
  • Develop an active, repeat customer base and maintain accurate, detailed clientele book.
  • Provide feedback to store manager on merchandise trends, missed opportunities, and issues related to fit and quality.
  • Ensure a respectful selling environment at all times.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics and passion for luxury.
  • Customer-oriented approach.
  • Natural selling abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, precise, reliable, and able to manage stress.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience preferred.
  • Fluent knowledge of German and English and Italian; fluency in other languages will be an appreciated plus.
