Job Title: Client Advisor

Gi Group SA is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our team. As a Client Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the daily operations of a retail store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve personal sales goals and develop a thorough understanding of our luxury products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating client needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Maximize sales performance by building strong relationships and gaining insight into client needs and lifestyle.
  • Develop an active and repeat customer base.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records.
  • Provide feedback to the Store Manager on merchandise trends, missed opportunities, and issues related to fit and quality.
  • Ensure appropriate sales floor coverage and comply with all loss prevention procedures to ensure inventory integrity.
  • Maintain a respectful selling environment at all times.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics and passion for luxury.
  • Customer-oriented approach and natural selling abilities.
  • Great problem-solving abilities and fluency in English.
  • Fluency in other languages is an asset.
