About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to join our team in a key role. As a project manager, you will be responsible for leading large-scale client engagements, primarily related to rolling out SAP transformations in a worldwide program. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and updating project and time planning
  • Handling communication with clients and internal project teams
  • Supporting project managers in their daily tasks and coordinating meetings and PMO deliverables
  • Overseeing the invoicing of KPMG services to international clients and tracking time and budget
  • Planning and onboarding new resources for specific client engagements
  • Setting up project management systems such as Jira, Microsoft Dynamics, and PowerBI

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A university degree in business administration and/or business informatics
  • Experience in project management, preferably in a global scale or management consultancy firm
  • Knowledge of Jira and Microsoft Dynamics is considered a plus
  • Strong collaboration skills, ability to handle several tasks at the same time, highly committed, and team player
  • Willingness to travel
  • Full professional proficiency in English and German, French is valued as an asset
