As a Senior Project Manager in the Telecom Domain, you will oversee and execute large-scale projects within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
  • Manage project teams, providing direction, mentorship, and support, and plan project resources
  • Establish clear communication channels with stakeholders, team members, and clients
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accountability
  • Lead cross-functional project teams with a focus on collaboration and high performance
  • Implement quality control and quality assurance processes
  • Manage project scope changes through a structured change control process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of years of project management experience in the telecommunications and ISP industry
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar projects successfully
  • General knowledge of Transport Network (IP/MPLS, Optical DWDM, Internet peerings, DC networking, B2B services etc.), architecture, design, and protocols is strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Agile or PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable
  • Experience in management of offshore teams, and especially teams in South Asia (India)
