Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team at IC Resources. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing technical product development projects from start to finish, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading grant writing efforts to secure funding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage and oversee technical product development projects, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and achieve business objectives.
  • Grant Writing: Lead grant writing efforts to secure funding from relevant bodies, including the EU Chip Act.
  • Project Planning: Maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in technical project management within photonics or related industries.
  • Grant Writing Skills: Strong grant writing skills, particularly with EU funding bodies.
  • Leadership Abilities: Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; German is a plus.
