We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Professional to join our team at Christian Dior Couture in Zurich. As a key member of our boutique, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  2. Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive mindset at all times
Client Development:

As a representative of our brand, you will ensure a welcoming client-focused environment, offering best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.

  1. Develop a local and international client book with the ability to recruit and develop top clients
  2. Demonstrate strong product expertise, engaging clients through the details and stories of our products
  3. Problem-solve in partnership with the management team to resolve client issues
Boutique Operations:

You will be responsible for individual stock assignments, including organizing stock on floor and in the heart of the house.

  1. Participate in inventory and cycle counts, protecting the assets of the boutique
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  1. An empathic and agile personality, with at least two years of experience in retail or hospitality
  2. A strong drive for business results, with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the Maison
  3. The ability to develop lasting relationships through strong communication
  4. Excellent customer service skills, including in-person, over the phone, and electronic communication
  5. The ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment
  6. Proficiency in German and English, with another language being a plus
  7. A willingness to constantly strive to exceed objectives
