About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Communications Trainee to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our communications department, you will play a vital role in shaping and executing internal and external corporate communications strategies.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to gain comprehensive insights into an international company and handle challenging projects in corporate communications and related fields. You will work closely aligned with the marketing communications teams in a newsroom setting, planning and coordinating content across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing communications tasks in close cooperation with other team members.
  • Support various activities such as publications, events, digital communication channels, and other projects.
  • Provide input for content creation and contribute to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of digital communication tools.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in communications, marketing, brand management or a related field.
  • Experience and interest in social media, content creation, and digital communication tools.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Initial experience with content management systems beneficial.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German an advantage, other languages a plus).
  • Ability to work in a structured, proactive, and reliable manner.
  • Curious and open-minded team player who would thrive in an international environment.
  • Fast learner willing to acquire new capabilities across all disciplines of communications.

Estimated Salary Range

Please note that we offer a competitive salary range of €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

This figure includes a basic salary component and additional benefits package. The actual remuneration will be discussed during the interview process.
