Job Title: IAM Engineer

At LGT Capital Partners, we are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management and experience with ServiceNow.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled IAM Engineer who will be responsible for implementing identity and access management controls, concepts, and practices aligning to corporate goals and directives.

  • Implement identity and access management controls, concepts, and practices aligning to corporate goals and directives.
  • Provide administration, operational support, and service delivery for Clear Skye, the firm's IGA solution built on ServiceNow.
  • Implement new functionalities in Clear Skye/ServiceNow, developing integrations with business applications using Web services (REST, SOAP) and maintenance of existing integrations.
  • Support security and compliance initiatives to increase security posture.
  • Closely collaborate with key IAM stakeholders to define and implement processes that fulfill the needs and are efficient and adequately supported by technology.
  • Manage and update system configurations, design and document processes, operating procedures, and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
  • Work on IAM related audit matters, including management of audit response and implementation of recommendations and remediation tasks.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science or relevant fields with at least 4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
  • Hands-on development experience with any Enterprise IAM/IGA product and ServiceNow.
  • Experience managing user life cycle processes with focus on provisioning, de-provisioning, Identity Governance, user access reviews, password management, Role Based Access Control, etc.
  • Familiarity with IAM standards and concepts like OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Identity federation, Single Sign-on, Zero Trust, enterprise directory architecture.
  • Expertise in scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell) and automation tools to streamline IAM processes.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills with independent, highly structured, and goal-oriented working style.
  • Effective communication skills (English must; German would be an advantage).
  • Experience in dealing with different stakeholders (business and technical).
  • Experience working in the financial industry is a plus.
