Job Overview

HUBER+SUHNER AG is seeking an experienced Sustainability Reporting Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for advancing our sustainability reporting aligned with the requirements of the CSRD.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the sustainability reporting process, including preparation of the annual sustainability report.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving sustainability reporting standards and best practices.
  • Respond to data queries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the data collection process.
  • E nsure compliance with external auditing requirements.
  • Establish relevant metrics, support performance monitoring, and recommend adjustments as required.
About You
  • You hold a degree in business administration, controlling/finance, law, or sustainability.
  • You have >3 years experience in a reporting role.
  • You possess experience and knowledge of relevant reporting standards and international frameworks (TCFD; GRI; CSRD).
  • You are skilled in collecting, organizing, and analyzing sustainability data.
  • You can develop your own ideas and implement approaches independently and in a team.
  • You have good English language skills.
  • You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
