CE QUE VOUS FEREZ
Vous serez chargé de la représentation de locataires dans l'acquisition de nouvelles surfaces retail, ainsi que de la négociation de nouveaux contrats de location et de renouvellement de bail. Vous analyserez également le marché et les surfaces retail macro/micro, et commercialiserez les surfaces retail. Vous préparerez, analysez et présenterez des rapports d'activité de location aux propriétaires, et développerez le secteur retail sur Genève et la Suisse romande.
CE QUE VOUS APPORTEZ
Vous devez avoir un diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires, immobilier ou domaine connexe, ainsi qu'une expérience de minimum 3 ans dans l'immobilier commercial ou retail. Vous devez également maîtriser parfaitement le français et l'anglais tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, et avoir une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels et MS Office.
