Salary:

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for developing and implementing central initiatives and best practice standards within the Private Client unit and the CP COO Office. This includes contributing to the continuous evolution of the Risk and Control Framework, developing and executing sample-based supervisory/permanent controls, and supporting identifying, analysing, and mitigating overarching risk patterns.

You will also contribute to the execution of the Risk Control Self-Assessment plan and provide support to process owners. Additionally, you will execute information Risk & Data Protection controls based on Information Risk & Data Protection unit guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or related fields
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in Internal Audit/Internal Control/Business Risk Management/Risk Control Self-Assessments
  • Strong understanding of operational processes pertaining to Private Clients, payments, KYC, client documentation, and tax-related topics
  • Experience in control testing and willingness to design and execute controls
  • Familiarity with information Risk & Data Protection controls an advantage

Location:

This role is based in Geneva, Switzerland, where you will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

Language:

We are looking for a candidate fluent in English and French, with additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese being an advantage.
