Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, starting at 07:30, 4 hours per day or by arrangement
What You Bring:
Education:
A completed apprenticeship as a chemist/biologist laboratory assistant or logistics specialist with relevant laboratory experience
Work Experience:
First work experience in a laboratory, preferably from the pharmaceutical industry
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with inventory management/point-of-use management
- GxP experience is desirable
- Excellent German language skills are a must
- English language skills in writing and speaking are an asset
- Good working knowledge of common Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, SAP is an asset)
- Knowledge of laboratory building rules (health, safety, environment)
Your Tasks:
- Proper disposal of bottles and laboratory glassware, chemicals, paper, metal, and other waste
- Cleaning of laboratory glasses
- Orders via eMarketplace, contact with purchasing and suppliers
- Verification of the accuracy of invoice data for orders
- Closing of purchase orders, contact with suppliers
- Point-of-Use Management/Inventory Management
- Repacking and distribution of laboratory products/chemicals/consumables
- Submission of investment requests in consultation with the finance team
- Long-term and short-term archiving
- Shipping and receipt of pipettes and weights
- Receipt and distribution of samples
- Compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements
