Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our Storage Services group team as a specialist in storage systems and data sync. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure and storage services, with a focus on large-scale storage environments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support applications in complex storage infrastructure
  • Provide technical expertise on system technical questions, modern concepts in data storage, and cyber resilience
  • Collaborate with manufacturers to manage storage services and negotiate technical requirements
  • Offer customer-oriented consultations on data management and security
  • Develop and implement concepts and standard procedures for efficient IT system operation
  • Participate in infrastructure specialist committees to solve complex problems
Requirements
  • Completed higher education in computer science or related field
  • Deep knowledge of large IT systems and storage services
  • Experience with storage components from various manufacturers
  • Knowledge of security environment and ability to structure and convince in a solution-oriented manner
  • Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to communicate complex technical issues and business rules
