Campus Brand Ambassador

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Campus Brand Ambassador. As a key representative of the Red Bull brand, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives on campus and beyond.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship while working with a global leader in the energy drink industry. You will be part of a close-knit team that values creativity, enthusiasm, and passion.

As a Campus Brand Ambassador, your primary responsibility will be to create and execute smart sales & marketing plans to build the Red Bull brand within the student community and beyond.

Responsibilities
  1. Create and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness on campus and beyond.
  2. Buid relationships with local sales account managers to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and maximize product availability.
  3. Demonstrate expertise in executing events, activations, and sampling activities to engage students and build brand loyalty.
  4. Develop and maintain strong networks with influential groups and individuals on campus to promote Red Bull's products and services.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports of activities, performance metrics, and market trends through regular reporting and analysis.
Requirements
  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Have a solid understanding of the collegiate landscape, city, and region, including behind-the-scenes activities and hotspots.
  • Be highly approachable and social with the ability to relate to different people on various occasions.
  • Exhibit a creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, with a high sense of responsibility and initiative.
  • Ability to manage part-time work and studies, ideally available to work some evenings and weekends.
  • Affinity and desire to learn and apply new range of skills, especially marketing, negotiation, and sales.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of CHF 35,000 - CHF 40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
