About the Role

This role focuses on aligning business processes with Cagi's HR strategy, policies, and legal requirements. You will facilitate change management, ensuring that new HR solutions are effectively adopted by key users and that business needs are accurately translated into functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis

  • You will support and coordinate Subject Matter Experts to gather requirements, collect and consolidate business needs, validate consistency, translate into functional requirements, and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Documentation and Deliverables

  • You will redact deliverables and documentation explaining business needs, help prepare user guides and FAQs, and update business process documentation in collaboration with the Process Manager.

  • Solution Design and Development

  • You will participate in design and development of solutions with the provider and IT Business Analyst, validate integrations impacting the perimeter, and validate the solution and key deliverables against functional requirements.

  • Change Management and Communication

  • You will work with the Change Manager to prepare and deploy communication and change management plans, act as a change ambassador, and participate in adoption efforts.

  • Testing and Quality Assurance

  • You will prepare testing campaigns, assign tests, define validation criteria, follow up on defects, and ensure scope is fully tested.

  • Training and Support

  • You will participate in training plan preparation, facilitate trainings, provide support to end-users and SMEs, and consult with the provider when necessary.

  • Meetings and Collaboration

  • You will participate in meetings and ad-hoc committees, coordinate with internal teams including HR Operations, Finance, IT Business Analyst, HRIS program team, Change and Communications Manager, and HR Transformation team.

What We Offer

  • We offer a competitive salary range from CHF 93'504.- to CHF 107'280.-, paid vacation, pension plan, and relocation package if moving from a different country to Switzerland.
