Your Profile:
  • Exhibit a warm and professional attitude towards guests and colleagues

  • Show commitment to punctuality and dependability in work schedules
Your Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently prepare essential mise-en-place
  • Serve beverages and culinary offerings
  • Set up and dismantle event areas, buffets, and coffee service
  • Engage in service briefings and departmental discussions
  • Assist with monthly stocktaking and daily procurement
  • Ensure proper handling of food and beverage items and service tools
  • Respond to phone inquiries in accordance with Hyatt standards, manage reservations, and provide hotel information
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
