Event Management Opportunity

Hobson Prior is partnering with a client seeking an experienced Interim Events Manager to join their team in Switzerland. This full-time, on-site role requires immediate availability and involves supporting the event management department with a focus on organizing and managing various events and congresses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage events and congresses, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Work independently to handle all event details, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Be flexible with working hours, as this role requires adaptability and a willingness to work outside standard schedules.
  • Travel internationally up to twice a month or more, as required by the role.
  • Effectively handle stressful situations, maintaining a professional demeanor and composure under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in event and congress management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Flexibility with working hours and a willingness to travel frequently, as required by the role.
  • Ability to start immediately, with a strong desire to contribute to the team's success.
