The Hotel F&B Administration Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's food and beverage department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for finalizing daily, monthly, and seasonal financial statements, as well as controlling and booking mini bar consumption.

You will also support with stocktaking, assist in F&B administration, and carry out spot checks to maintain high standards of quality and service. In addition, you will provide close cooperation with the F&B Operations, Kitchen, and Groups & Events departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship in the hotel industry or a hotel management school. You should also have initial professional experience in similar positions in first-class hotels, demonstrating your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Furthermore, you will possess strong knowledge of MATRIX, KOST, and PROTEL systems, which will enable you to effectively manage inventory, track sales, and maintain accurate records. Your proficiency in German, Italian, and/or French languages is highly desirable, as is your ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English.
