We are looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at INERGIO.

About the Role:
  • This is a temporary position starting from January 2025 to August 2025, with a 50% activity rate requiring mandatory attendance every morning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Reception Desk, acting as a first point of contact for external visitors and suppliers, welcoming guests and visitors, ensuring meeting rooms are set up correctly, answering reception telephone calls, forwarding calls, taking messages, and providing general information.

In addition, the ideal candidate will manage generic email inboxes, forward emails to corresponding colleagues, receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, manage outgoing mail and shipments, maintain and improve office conditions, work on implementing agreed renovation projects, arrange necessary repairs, monitor and manage inventory of office supplies, order and distribute office supplies as needed, assist with office layout planning, identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, manage delivery of the office budget in accordance with the annual plan, support in planning in-house or off-site activities such as staff gatherings, and provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team.

The role requires excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills, as well as the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels internally and externally.

A proven track record of prioritizing a diversified workload, excellent time and project management skills, and a flexible approach are essential.
