Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced ICT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Spitex Zürich.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first and second-level support for internal employees in collaboration with ICT service providers, focusing on infrastructure and applications.
  • Analyze software and infrastructure problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Continuously improve the managed structures and internal processes.
  • Implement projects in the areas of infrastructure, user management, permissions/roles.
  • Support and analyze user needs and implement simple solutions in the MS ecosystem using SharePoint, Forms, Flow, and Power Automate.
  • Develop and maintain documentation (handbooks, guides, checklists, etc.).
  • Conduct user training sessions.
  • Participate in strategic projects and take on responsibilities in sub-projects based on skills.

Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Several years of experience in ICT support or comparable functions.
  • First experiences in the MS Cloud ecosystem and willingness to grow and deepen.
  • Communicative and agile personality with good organizational skills and independent working style.
  • Problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Enjoyment of autonomy and interest in ICT and digitalization topics, as well as the healthcare sector.
  • Experience in Mobile Device Management and endpoint security solutions.
  • Willingness to take on shift work on holidays and weekends.
