Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ICT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Spitex Zürich. As a key member of our ICT team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our internal systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support for internal staff in collaboration with ICT service providers and focus on infrastructure and applications
  • Analyze software and infrastructure problems and develop corresponding solutions
  • Continuously improve and develop the managed structures and internal processes
  • Implement projects in the areas of infrastructure, user management, permissions/roles
  • Support and analyze user needs and implement simple solutions in the MS ecosystem using SharePoint, Forms, Flow, Power Automate
  • Develop and maintain documentation (handbooks, guides, checklists, etc.)
  • Conduct user training sessions
  • Participate in strategic projects and take on responsibilities in sub-projects according to skills

Requirements
  • Education as an IT specialist EFZ or ICT specialist EFZ
  • Several years of experience in ICT support or comparable functions are a mandatory requirement
  • First experiences in the MS Cloud ecosystem and willingness to grow and deepen it
  • Communicative and agile personality with good organizational skills and independent working style
  • Problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude
  • Enjoyment of design freedom
  • Interest in ICT and digitalization topics as well as the healthcare sector
  • Experience in mobile device management and endpoint security solutions
  • Willingness to take on shift work on holidays and weekends
