Responsabilités- Écouter activement les clients et les soutenir.
- Proposer des solutions pour les clients tout en offrant un service professionnel, positif et compétent.
- Travailler dans une atmosphère de travail ouverte, où tu collabores avec tes collègues pour dépasser les attentes des clients.
- Conseiller les appelants sur les produits alternatifs et les ventes supplémentaires afin d'offrir un grand entretien avec le client.
- Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone, e-mail, chat et médias sociaux.
- Excellente connaissance de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit. Connaissance de l'anglais & du français au moins au niveau B2 et connaissance de l'italien un avantage.
- Capacité d'empathie : tu aimes écouter activement les clients et les soutenir.
