About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Manager to join our team at Siegfried. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for planning and conducting audits of contract manufacturers, contract laboratories, and other service providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and Conducting Audits: Develop and implement audit plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Qualification of Suppliers: Evaluate and qualify suppliers to ensure they meet our quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Responding to Customer Enquiries: Respond to customer quality questionnaires, statements, and declarations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Development and Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve processes and management systems.
  • Internal Audits and Collaboration: Conduct internal audits at our Zofingen site and collaborate with our Corporate Audits department.
Requirements
  • Scientific Background: Completed scientific studies, ideally with a doctorate.
  • Professional Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience as an auditor in a chemical, pharmaceutical, or similar environment.
  • Quality Expertise: Comprehensive expertise in quality, especially with regard to ISO and GMP.
  • cGMP Knowledge: Knowledge of cGMP, preferably in the production of active ingredients and/or finished medicinal products.
  • Language Skills: Business fluent in German and English.
  • Flexibility and Teamwork: Flexible and familiar with working in a matrix organization.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel occasionally.
