About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Aviation Crew Planner. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and coordination of crew schedules and training programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management: Assist in creating and managing crew schedules to meet operational needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Training Coordination: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs for employees across various departments.
  • Issue Resolution: Ensure that schedules comply with regulations and address any issues quickly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of crew assignments and qualifications.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze scheduling data and contribute to process improvements.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between crew, internal departments, and coordinate schedules and resolve issues.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and documents as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Aviation, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in an aviation-related role and/or background in scheduling, training coordination, or administration is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail in handling complex data sets. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling software and LMS is a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Solution-oriented mindset focused on process optimization and service quality.
What We Offer

This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, along with opportunities for growth and development within the company. Training and mentoring will be provided to help you succeed in your role.
