We are a leading aviation company seeking an experienced crew planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for planning and coordinating crew schedules, ensuring compliance with regulations and operational needs. The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments to resolve issues and optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crew Scheduling: Plan and coordinate crew schedules to meet operational requirements, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Training Coordination: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs for employees across various departments.
  • Schedule Compliance: Verify that schedules comply with regulations and address any issues promptly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of crew assignments and qualifications.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze scheduling data to identify trends and contribute to process improvements.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between crew, internal departments, and coordinate schedules to resolve issues.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and documents as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Aviation, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in an aviation-related role and/or background in scheduling, training coordination, or administration is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, proficient in Microsoft Office, and experience with scheduling software and LMS is a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills; solution-oriented mindset focused on process optimization and service quality.
About the Role

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is CHF 60,000 - CHF 80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
