Role Overview

This is a growth-oriented role within the Crew Planning Department at Zimex Aviation AG. As an Airline Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital part in planning and coordinating crew schedules, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating crew schedules to meet operational needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Training Program Management: Support in the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs for employees across various departments.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure schedules comply with regulations and address any issues promptly.
  • Crew Assignment and Qualification Management: Keep accurate records of crew assignments and qualifications.
  • Data Analysis and Process Improvement: Analyze scheduling data and contribute to process improvements.
  • Liaison and Communication: Act as a liaison between crew, internal departments, and coordinate schedules and resolve issues.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports and documents as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Aviation, or a related field preferred.
  • Work Experience: Prior experience in an aviation-related role and/or background in scheduling, training coordination, or administration is a plus.
  • Analytical and Organizational Skills: Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail in handling complex data sets.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling software and LMS is a plus.
  • Communication and Time Management: Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Solution-Oriented Mindset: Solution-oriented mindset focused on process optimization and service quality.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Training and mentoring will be provided to help the successful candidate succeed and grow within the Crew Planning Department.
