We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Solutions Marketing team as Chapter Lead. This is a key position that will drive the vision and strategic direction for marketing across Diagnostics.
The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the team, setting strategy, determining priorities, driving decisions, and growing and developing team leaders. They will collaborate with leadership in the Customer Areas, Regional Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing to develop a strong partnership aimed at driving commercial impact.
The Chapter Lead will oversee the delivery of integrated, customer-centric marketing programs to differentiate Roche and drive customer action. They will also drive impactful, competitive marketing and capability building programs to enhance commercial excellence across DIA.
This role requires a professional with a degree in science, business, or a related field and at least 10-15 years of professional experience related to marketing strategies and business insights across Diagnostics. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, including previous experience leading big teams, and a deep understanding of the diagnostics industry and diagnostics customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Solutions Marketing team to drive the vision and strategic direction for marketing across Diagnostics.
- Collaborate with leadership in the Customer Areas, Regional Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing to develop a strong partnership aimed at driving commercial impact.
- Oversee the delivery of integrated, customer-centric marketing programs to differentiate Roche and drive customer action.
- Drive impactful, competitive marketing and capability building programs to enhance commercial excellence across DIA.
- Partner with RIS Marketing to develop an integrated marketing approach with our digital solutions.
- Act as a key liaison with specific regions/clusters, maintaining awareness of business opportunities and priorities, identifying what works and what doesn't, and optimizing marketing approaches.
- Be an active coach and mentor to members of the Chapter to help them grow and develop in their career.
Requirements
- Master's degree in science, business, or a related field.
- At least 10-15 years of professional experience related to marketing strategies and business insights across Diagnostics.
- Strong leadership skills, including previous experience leading big teams.
- Deep understanding of the diagnostics industry and diagnostics customers.
- Strategic thinking, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Open-minded, humble, and collaborative mindset.
- Ability to foster positive partnerships through effective influencing, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
