Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop brand strategies, promotional campaigns, and tactical plans to enhance brand value and reach across customer segments.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform strategy planning and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful Day 1 launches and execute agreed-upon tactical plans.
  • Lead the development of promotional activities in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines.
  • Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts, and expenses to evaluate cost-effectiveness and results.
  • Identify market insights and opportunities through customer interactions and monitor product performance using appropriate tools.
Requirements:
  • In-depth understanding of the Pharma marketplace, including key dynamics, competitors, and regulatory processes.
  • Operations management and execution experience.
  • Substantial sales and marketing experience within the pharma industry.
  • Skills in Commercial Excellence, Marketing and Product Strategy, Stakeholder Engagement, and Strategic Thinking.
  • Proficiency in German and English languages.
