About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Strategist to join our team at Quantis. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sustainable strategies for our clients, driving business growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Project Work:
    • Develop and deliver comprehensive sustainability strategies for our clients, aligned with their business goals and objectives.
    • Manage and coordinate client projects from scoping to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Develop and execute business development strategies, including proposal development, client meetings, and sales efforts.
    • Collaborate with senior strategists to co-lead the sales process, including scoping, pricing, and proposal development.
  • Learning and Development:
    • Participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in sustainability and business strategy.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and transformation.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sustainability consulting, corporate sustainability, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for sustainability and business strategy.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, business administration, or a related field.
