About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sustainability Strategist to join our team at Quantis. As a key member of our sustainability consulting practice, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing winning sustainability strategies for our major clients in the Food sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of sustainability strategy projects, working closely with senior sustainability leaders on the client side to develop and implement their sustainability strategies.
  • Support the shaping and delivery of all Quantis solutions around strategy, bringing in our expertise on science, metrics, tools, communications, and more.
  • Lead and grow key client relationships, accelerating the transformation of clients towards sustainability.
  • Collaborate with our other Quantis team members to strengthen our delivery of strategy-related services.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in the strategy consulting space for the Food sector, with significant exposure to and interest in corporate sustainability.
  • Proven track record in building and deploying strategies for clients, with experience in project management a plus.
  • Ability to anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions to help the client along their sustainability journey.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to be part of a team finding new solutions using expertise to change the world.
  • Highly motivated by the challenges of guiding global companies on a sustainable change pathway, adapting strategy expertise to new challenges and innovating new paths to success.
