As a Sustainability Strategist, you'll play a critical role in developing and implementing innovative solutions that drive business success while minimizing environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead client relationships across the food industry, identifying opportunities for sustainable transformation and growth.
  • Collaborate with senior strategists to co-lead sales processes, including scoping, pricing, and proposal development.
  • Support clients in building the business case for sustainability transformation, unlocking major budget for development and execution.
  • Manage and deliver client project work, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective communication.
  • Build and nurture optimal client relationships, with a deep understanding of client organization and business goals.

What You'll Need:
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting or corporate sustainability, with a strong understanding of sustainability topics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen to client needs and create adapted solutions.
  • Fluent English, French, and/or German language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • A strong ability to develop networks and build relationships within organizations.
