Food Fermentation Researcher

**Luya Foods AG**
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our food startup as an intern with a focus on solid-state fermentation of food products.
You will be responsible for executing projects related to food fermentation and microbiology.
**Duration:** 6 months.
Key Responsibilities- Execute solid-state fermentation with industrial sidestreams and filamentous fungi and bacteria.
- Interpret sensors data and generate conclusions.
- Support the development of new products.
- Students looking for an exciting start-up where to develop a MSc thesis, for at least 6 months.
- Students enrolled in MSc program in Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Food Science, Chemistry or related areas.
- Familiarity using laboratory equipment.
- Adaptable mindset. You can work in short projects and shift priorities constantly.
- Capacity to interpret results and make correlations with literature data.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- You can communicate in English.
