We're looking for a seasoned Freelance Business Developer to join our team at Snapbau, a pioneering software solution for the construction industry's procurement and tendering processes. Your role will involve leveraging your expertise to identify new business opportunities, crafting effective strategies, and fostering strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

  • Develop and execute a robust lead generation plan, utilizing online research, networking, and outreach to identify potential clients.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through regular follow-ups and communication.

Client Engagement:

  • Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their business needs and present our services effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.

Proposal Development:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentations that address client requirements.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition and unique selling points of our products or services.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Close deals and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.

Strategic Partnerships:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic partnerships that enhance the company's offerings and market reach.
  • Collaborate with external organizations to create joint ventures or alliances.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all business development activities, including client interactions, proposals, and contracts.
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and business development progress.
Requirements
  • Experience in business development or sales
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Knowledge of the building construction industry
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to speak German fluently
