Wir suchen eine erfahrene Operations-Managerin, die unsere Ziele erreichen und unsere Gäste begeistern kann. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie die Leitung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts übernehmen und unsere Gäste mit einem hohen Servicelevel bedienen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Übernimmst die Leitung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts und sorgst für eine effiziente Abwicklung von Aufgaben
  • Führst auf Augenhöhe und fungierst als Vorbild für dein Team
  • Stellst das Coaching deiner Mitarbeitenden sicher und förderst deren Weiterentwicklung
  • Führst regelmäßige Feedbackgespräche und Performance Management durch
  • Unterstützt unseren Hotel Manager bei der Rekrutierung der besten Talente
  • Arbeitest aktiv mit und lebst deinen ausgeprägten Servicegedanken vor
  • Stellst eine effektive Dienstplangestaltung sowie effiziente Arbeitsprozesse sicher
  • Bist Ansprechpartner:in für unser Team und förderst einen guten Informationsfluss durch Team Briefings und Meetings
  • Setzt die vorgegebenen Standards um und kontrollierst deren Einhaltung
  • Führst Schicht-, Tages- sowie Monatsabschlüsse durch
  • Nimmst regelmäßige Bestellungen für F&B sowie SOE vor
  • Überwachst die Einhaltung von HACCP, Arbeitssicherheit, Brandschutz und sonstigen gesetzlichen Vorschriften
  • Analysierst und beantwortest Gästefeedback
  • Stehst in einem engen Austausch mit dem Hotel Manager, den weiteren Heads im Hotel sowie den relevanten Abteilungen im Corporate Office
